The materials appearing on Logger could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Glyphholm does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Glyphholm may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Glyphholm does not review all materials posted to the Service and is not responsible for their content. You acknowledge that by providing a service that allows the submission and storage of materials, Glyphholm is acting as a passive conduit for the distribution of information and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any content of communications provided by users.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glyphholm and its members, managers, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Missouri for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
