Shared Transcripts: If you create a shareable transcript link, anyone with that link can view the transcript without logging in. This is intentional for college admissions. You control who you share the link with.

Data Export: You can export your activity logs and data to CSV format through the Export feature in the app.

Data Correction: You can edit or correct your information through Settings at any time.

Data Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data through Settings. This is a two-step process requiring confirmation. We will delete your data from our servers within 30 days. Shared transcript links will be deactivated upon deletion.

Photo Deletion: Remove any student photo at any time from the Student ID tab.

Right to be Forgotten: Subject to legal obligations, we will delete your personal data upon request.

8. Children's Privacy

Logger is designed for homeschooling families to manage educational records. Parents and guardians are responsible for children's accounts.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents who use Logger to manage their children's educational data consent to the collection and use of that data as described in this policy.

9. Data Retention

Active Accounts: While your account is active, we retain all your data to provide the Service.

Trial Accounts: If your trial expires and you do not subscribe, your data remains accessible in read-only mode (you can view but not edit). Your data is retained until you explicitly delete your account.

Deleted Accounts: Upon account deletion, we remove all your data from active servers within 30 days. Backups (which may contain your data) are deleted after 30 days per our backup retention policy.

Shared Transcripts: Shared transcript links remain active until you delete your account or explicitly revoke the link.
